WTW scours employee archives, lures back departed aerospace leader

Global broker and advisor  WTW brought a nine-year veteran of its own aerospace division back after just over a year and a half at  McGill, handing out a associate director post for client relationship management within the division.

Michael Holt (Pictured) returns to WTW after having served since February 2021 as partner for aviation and aerospace at McGill. Prior to McGill, Holt had been building the WTW aerospace business as a client relationship manager for over nine years. Holt has also done time in aviation at Aon and Marsh.

WTW’s U.S. practice leader for aerospace John King commented, “I am excited to welcome Michael back to our team as we continue with our growth trajectory into 2023. He brings significant industry and leadership experience, along with industry relationships that will further accelerate our growth and development.”
