Aon appoints head of global benefits
Re/insurance broker Aon has appointed an insider of 14 years to lead its global benefits business.
Mike Pedel has been named head of global benefits. He will be based out of London, report to Human Capital CEO Lambros Lambrou, and will join the Human Capital Executive Committee.
Pedel will lead Aon’s health solutions for multinationals and international wealth teams as one broader global benefits team. Pedel has been with Aon for the last 14 years in various leadership roles across three solution lines.
“Mike is well positioned to further advance collaboration and innovation across our global benefits team to better respond to our clients’ integrated workforce needs and desire for a partner that can drive a more holistic approach to the employee value proposition,” said Lambrou.
