Argenta’s executive director steps down
Argenta Holdings’ executive director and underwriting director of Argenta Syndicate Management (ASML), Paul Hunt, will step down from his executive roles in the coming months.
Hunt will resign from all boards on January 31, 2013 except ASML where he will remain an executive director until March 31. He will then become a non-executive director of ASML and provide consultancy services to the company.
Hunt joined Argenta from Hiscox in 2004. In 2006 he became active underwriter of Argenta Syndicate 2121 and underwriting director of ASML.
“Without Paul’s contribution we would not have reached this stage in our development. Whilst it is sad that Paul has decided to step back from his current executive responsibilities, I am pleased that we will have the benefit of his advice as both a consultant and in due course a non-executive director of our managing agency,” said Andrew Annandale, chief executive officer of Argenta Holdings.
