Berkshire Hathaway's key architect Charlie Munger dies aged 99
Warren Buffett’s longtime investing partner at Berkshire Hathaway, Charlie Munger, passed away on Tuesday (November 28) aged 99.
Berkshire Hathaway, where Munger was vice chairman since 1978, announced that “he peacefully died this morning at a California hospital. The family will handle all affairs pursuant to Charlie’s instructions.”
Buffett, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway, said: “Berkshire Hathaway could not have been built to its present status without Charlie’s inspiration, wisdom and participation.”
