Marsh & McLennan Agency acquires another employee benefits firm

Marsh & McLennan Agency (MMA), the middle market agency subsidiary of Marsh, has acquired Ohio-based employee benefits consulting firm Benefits Resource Group (BRG).

Following the acquisition, BRG’s employees will join MMA’s Midwest region and continue to operate from its Ohio office under the current leadership of chief executive officer (CEO) Charles Farro and president Ross Farro.

MMA recently bought Presidio Benefits Group, also an employee benefits consulting firm, based in San Francisco.
