Alliant Specialty MGA partners with Munich Re US to expand offering
California-based Community Association Underwriters of America (CAU), a managing general agency and division of Alliant Specialty Insurance Services, has formed a new partnership with Munich Reinsurance America through its specialty markets division.
The company announced that in July, Munich Re US will insure CAU’s existing business and offer the national client base of the long-time community association insurance specialist several coverage enhancements and new general liability and coastal products.
CAU, a community association insurance and risk management specialist, was acquired by Alliant in 2015.
In addition to the policy enhancements to its current portfolio of risks, CAU will unveil two new products including a liability policy for community associations, and a package policy built to protect them with coastal exposures.
