Insurance law firm BLM merges with CFS

Insurance law firm Berrymans Lace Mawer (BLM) is to combine with risk and insurance law firm Campbell Fitzpatrick Solicitors (CFS), which has offices in Belfast, Londonderry and a presence in Dublin.

The new combination will welcome an additional 21 legal experts to the business which includes eight partners. The combination will complete on 30 November.

Mike Brown, senior partner at BLM, said: “This combination completes our physical presence across the United Kingdom and Ireland. It allows us to further develop our business in accordance with our customers’ needs. Both firms have their roots firmly embedded in risk and insurance litigation.

Our new colleagues have a great deal to offer BLM both commercially and technically, and will enable us to confidently build upon what we have already achieved in Ireland and throughout the UK.”
