WTW snares global head of claims from Aon
Global broker WTW has lured Aon’s global chief claims officer to strength its risk and broking strategy.
Neil Harrison will join WTW as global head of claims at the end of April and report directly to Adam Garrard, global head of risk & broking.
He will focus on all aspects of WTW’s claims proposition, including aligning claims teams working with specialist industry practices as well as delivering claims services through data and analytics.
Harrison was responsible for the development and implementation of global claims strategies for each client segment and industry specialty as global chief claims officer at Aon from 2019.
Harrison has also led the development of innovative technologies across various claims disciplines including advocacy, preparation and administration, and in driving talent management initiatives at global scale.
