As the re/insurance industry changes and evolves, it is becoming more attractive to young people—and they look increasingly essential to its future. As part of a wider feature available online, Intelligent Insurer speaks to young executives—all 35 and under—who are making waves in the industry.

For an industry that has spent a lot of time bemoaning change in recent years, it has also spent a lot of time discussing the difficulties of involving Millennials and attracting the next generation of talent.

But perhaps these two things are linked: maybe exactly what the industry needs right now is a new generation of talent that looks at things differently, sees opportunities not threats and is unafraid of the potential of technology.
