ACE appoints casualty manager

ACE Group has appointed Huang Lijia as its casualty manager for South Asia.

She will be based in Singapore and will report to Adam Clifford, head of casualty, Asia Pacific.

Prior to ACE, Huang was the casualty underwriter for South Asia at the Singapore branch of an international specialty lines insurer specialising in casualty, crisis management, construction and energy.

Clifford said: “Lijia’s appointment underscores our commitment to strengthening our regional Casualty team as well as offering market-leading solutions for our brokers and clients. Her experience and success in managing casualty portfolios and client relationships will be valuable to ACE as we continue to execute our plans for sustainable growth in the Asia Pacific region.”
