ACE strengthens multinational claims division

ACE Group has made a number of key executive appointments in its multinational claims operations to support the recent creation of ACE’s global accounts division.

Krista Glenn has been promoted to senior claims officer, multinational claims, in the company’s North American claims operation. She will be leading the newly-created North American multinational claims practice.

Glenn most recently served as senior vice president, North American claims, where she managed the company’s casualty lines claims, including the international casualty, public entity, complex and long term exposure claim teams.

Graham Chesman was named head of multinational claims for ACE Overseas General, the company’s international general insurance business.

He most recently served as multinational claims client executive, where he provided leadership and coordination within Europe for the claims service offering and delivery to all multinational clients for ACE Group.

“I’m pleased to welcome these proven executives to these key roles as we broaden our investment in ACE’s North American and European claims and multinational services capabilities,” said Frank Lattal, chief claims officer, ACE Group. “Krista and Graham’s deep understanding of claims operations and service, and the technical knowledge needed to manage complex global claims in support of ACE’s multinational business lines and global accounts business, is a testament to the strength and depth of the claims team we have built in North America and globally.”
