AIG boosts marine team with Zurich exec
American International Group (AIG) has appointed Jeremy Croal as multinational marine specialist, based in London.
He will be responsible for the management of AIG large multinational accounts within the UK and will report to Sarah Dyer, head of the multinational marine cargo team.
Croal joins from Zurich where he has been for 23 years and amongst others developed the first actuarial approved cargo pricing tool, the multinational cargo insurance guidelines and helped develop the cargo risk engineering capabilities in the UK and Switzerland.
Kristof de Bremme, head of marine at AIG, said: “The appointment of Jeremy Croal strengthens our leadership position in the multinational cargo market in London and demonstrates our commitment to this vibrant sector as we progress our plans to grow the business in the UK and the EMEA region.
