AJG acquires Shilling consultancy
Broker Arthur J. Gallagher (AJG) has acquired employee benefits communication consultant Shilling, based in the UK.
Founded in 1999, Shilling specialises in working with clients across the pensions and benefits industry with a focus on pension plan managers and trustees to pension plan members.
Directors Kevin Shilling and Matt Frost and their associates will continue to operate from their current location under the direction of Tim Johnson, head of AJG's UK employee benefits consulting and brokerage operations.
