Allianz picks rising jack-of-all-trades to handle UK commercial claims

Allianz promoted a client experience guru and merger integration leader to lead its commercial claims operations in the UK.

Kuldip Kang (Pictured) will step up to become claims proposition manager to oversee the propositions, communications, customer experience and claims relationship manager (CRM) teams. Kuldip replaces Emily Mills, who has joined KPMG.

Kang has covered wide swathe in her nine years at Allianz, early on as an operations analyst deep diving on data to improve customer experience. She then worked as a business analyst on the transfer to Allianz of LV= and Legal & General’s GI businesses. She has been a business manager to CEO Simon McGinn, collaborating closely with the commercial executive committee.

Allianz’s director of claims strategy and customer experience Margaret Scott commented: “I am very excited that Kuldip is joining claims. Her background in data and her experience in change projects are real assets for her new role, which is very important. Our claims proposition is at the heart of what we offer brokers.”Did you get value from this story?  Sign up to our free daily newsletters and get stories like this sent straight to your inbox.
