ANV CEO to head syndicates
Matthew Fairfield, the chief executive officer (CEO) of ANV Group, has been appointed to the interim role of CEO of ANV Syndicates Limited (ASL).
He will continue to hold responsibilities as CEO of ANV Group.
Peter Haynes, the managing director of ASL, stepped down in May 2014 to pursue a portfolio career of non-executive directorships.
ANV had said that a permanent replacement for him would be announced in due course but now, in a Lloyd’s capacity auction disclosure, it noted that the notice periods for some preferred candidates for this role are up to 12 months.
