Aon exec joins Miller to drive sports offering

London insurance broker Miller has appointed Steve Talboys to help drive the firm’s sports and leisure business, which was launched in May 2015.

Talboys joins the firm from Aon, where he served as director of sports, recreation and entertainment.

He will work with former Aon exec James Hands, who leads the division, and other dedicated sports and leisure hires made earlier this year to provide risk management advice and insurance solutions to parties in the sports and leisure sector.

The offering sits within Miller’s wider accident and health business, which has undergone significant growth over recent years.
