Arch taps senior underwriter from Allianz to boost commercial D&O unit

Arch Insurance International, part of re/insurer  Arch Capital Group, has tapped a senior underwriter from Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty to strengthen its commercial D&O business unit.

Linda Daly has joined the firm as senior underwriter, executive assurance in the commercial D&O division, which provides specialised insurance products across a range of market segments, including D&O, employment practices liability and pension trust liability, focusing on risks domiciled in the UK, Europe, Australia, and North America.

Daly brings almost 20 years of insurance experience to the role. Most recently, she was a senior underwriter at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty, having joined the company in 2012. During her career, she was also an underwriter at Ryan Specialty Europe and at HCC Global Financial Products.
