Aston Lark strikes two deals in a week to boost Howden portfolio
Fast-growing insurance broker Aston Lark has completed 50+ acquisitions since formation in 2018 and less than two weeks after officially becoming part of the Howden Broking Group.
The company’s latest purchases include UKGlobal Broking Group and J F Dunne Insurances in Ireland. Both deals are designed to bolster the scale and resources of Aston Lark and the wider Howden group.
UKGlobal arranges insurance for a broad range of commercial sectors, including via a number of specialist schemes and association partnerships, and also private clients. The company operates through its network of 10 regional offices in the UK.
Ireland-based J F Dunne’s specialisms include motor and home insurance products and a pupil personal accident policy for schools.
