AXA sells non-life Azerbaijan operations

French insurer AXA has entered into an agreement to sell all of its insurance operations in Azerbaijan, according to a Feb. 21 press release.

Under the terms of the agreement, Elkhan Garibli would acquire 100 percent of the non-life entity AXA MBask Insurance Company OJSC.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

AXA said the deal is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
