AXIS Insurance hires management liability leader from CNA

Bermuda-based AXIS Capital Holdings has appointed Kelly Dworniczek as vice president, public D&O and fiduciary product manager, for the commercial management solutions (CMS) team.

Dworniczek most recently served as assistant vice president, underwriting and management liability lead at CNA, where she previously held several claims-management roles, including overseeing its highest-risk claims.

In her new role at AXIS Insurance, Dworniczek will oversee product strategy, development and analysis for company's D&O and fiduciary liability products.

Based in Chicago, she will report to the executive vice president of CMS Mark Paccione.

Paccione said: "Kelly is an experienced leader with a broad background and proven track record in D&O and fiduciary liability insurance. Our team and clients will benefit from her experience managing a diverse set of product offerings and her unique combination of skills and expertise, which extend across management, underwriting, product development, claims handling and distribution."
