Berkshire Hathaway Specialty snares cyber leader from CNA

Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) has appointed Brian Robb as senior vice president and head of cyber, miscellaneous professional liability (MPL) and technology errors and omissions (E&O) in the US.

Robb previously spent nearly 11 years at CNA Insurance, working on both the underwriting and claims sides of the business, most recently as product leader for cyber, media, MPL and tech E&O. Before that he was cyber industry leader and senior claim counsel for global cyber and technology claims.

In his new role Robb is based in New York.

Anthony Tatulli, head of executive and professional lines, North America, at BHSI, said Robb’s “expertise adds fuel to our efforts to expand our portfolios and deliver the sound, stable solutions customers are seeking now and for the long-term.”
