Bluefin completes fourth acquisition of the year

Bluefin Insurance has acquired Exchange Insurance Services based in Liverpool. It marks the fourth successful acquisition for the broker since the start of the year.

Alverton Insurance Brokers, Wilbourn Insurance Services and Grampian insurance have also been acquired by Bluefin.

Exchange Insurance Services is a commercial insurance broker. The acquisition will expand Bluefin’s presence in the North West with a second office in the city. The staff from Alverton Insurance have moved to Bluefin’s Stockton branch and the teams from Wilbourn and Grampian have joined Bluefin’s existing office in Forfar, Scotland.
