CAC Specialty boosts M&A practice with Hauser hires

Specialty insurance brokerage CAC Specialty has bolstered its merger and acquisitions (M&A) solutions group with a trio of hires from Hauser.

Cameron Martin and Katie Flynn join as senior vice presidents of M&A solutions group, and Erica Kasperkowiak as senior vice president of the newly created practice Human Capital Risk.

Martin led Hauser's private equity risk advisory practice across all insurance segments.

Flynn most recently was responsible for portfolio management, which includes leading data-based portfolio-wide risk management strategies and coordination of all elements of M&A.

Prior to Hauser, Kasperkowiak was director for Alvarez & Marsal, where she served as the outsourced portfolio insurance and human capital risk manager for a $14 billion private equity firm.
