Carter Perry Bailey recruits two reinsurance lawyers
Helen Tilley and Adam Barker have joined specialist insurance and reinsurance law firm Carter Perry Bailey LLP (CPB) as partner and consultant respectively.
Helen Tilley joins from Kennedys, where she was a Partner for 18 years. She is an expert in insurance and reinsurance claims, coverage, drafting and regulatory work, with a particular specialism in life, accident & health, sports related cover, travel coverage and fraud.
Tilley sits on the accident committee of the Insurance Institute of London and the recently formed International Underwriters Association Personal Accident & Health Group. She is also a supporter of a number of UK life industry groups.
Adam Barker is qualified in England and Wales and in the USA. He is experienced in the insurance industry (as deputy chairman and claims director at ANV, as a board member of a Lloyd’s managing agency and as general counsel at HCC Global and Ryan Specialty), as well as having been a partner in two global law firms.
