Charles Taylor appoints new director for strategy role in US

Insurance claims administrator Charles Taylor Third Party Administration (CTTPA) has appointed Dina Gumins to the newly-created role of director of strategy and performance.

The senior hire underlines CTTPA’s strategy to grow claims administration business in the US.

Gumins will be responsible for business strategy, sales and marketing performance, as well as business development. Gumins owns a consulting practice, DJG Associates. Previously, she has worked with Time, JP Morgan Chase, Oracle and Priceline.

Gumins will report to Charles Taylor’s US CEO of insurance support services, Chris Schaffer. She is based at the Charles Taylor Americas’ office in Wilton, Connecticut.

Schaffer commented: "We're pleased to welcome Dina to the CTTPA team. Her expertise in identifying and executing strategic initiatives will help us to capitalise on significant business opportunities and continue our rapid growth.

"This is an exciting time for our TPA business and we have ambitious plans for the future. Dina’s deep strategic and innovative thinking will be invaluable as we explore new markets, broaden our offerings, and expand our client base."
