CNA hires senior technology underwriter from Zurich Insurance
US-based commercial insurance provider CNA has appointed Gregg Fergot as vice president, underwriting, leading the company's technology segment and implementing its strategic and operational objectives.
Fergot will be based in San Francisco, and report to Dieter Korte, senior vice president of customer segments.
Fergot most recently served as vice president, head of technology, middle market commercial for Zurich Insurance. Prior to that role, he served as Western Zone vice president, global technology for Travelers; regional manager, technology underwriting for Chubb; and various other technology underwriting roles.
"Gregg's extensive knowledge and understanding of the insurance industry, combined with his proven track record of performance and strong leadership experience, make him well suited to lead Technology at CNA," Korte said.
