Corrie Bauckham Batts appoints broker

Specialist independent Lloyd’s broker Corrie Bauckham Batts has appointed John Sawyer as a business producer and broker.

Sawyer has over 30 years of insurance experience having started at a Lloyd’s non-marine syndicate in 1985. Previously, he was the underwriting manager for Property Binding Authorities at Barbican Syndicate, which he joined in 2014. Prior to that he spent eleven years with Faraday and held numerous senior roles within the North American Binding Authority market, including a two-year spell with a Houston wholesale insurance broker.
