Criterion launches new solution to support brokers

Criterion, a high net worth (HNW) claims specialist, has launched a new surveying service specifically designed for brokers.

The new service aims to help brokers gain and retain business in the HNW space through a new pre-risk surveying capability for properties. This includes a full and detailed pre-risk survey for high value houses and unique homes.

Criterion believes the new pre-risk surveys will enable brokers to present a better and more accurate risk to insurers.

The surveying service will be available on a nationwide basis and will be led by Jim Laity, head of Criterion Surveyors.

Mark Pierce, operation director at Criterion, said: “Our new surveying service has been designed to give brokers more control and greater assurance that their clients HNW property is properly insured. The service also helps to enhance the relationship between brokers and their clients through the provision of a well respected and leading surveying capability.”
