CTA strengthens New York office

Charles Taylor Adjusting (CTA) has appointed Wayne Smith as senior executive adjuster and office manager of CTA’s New York office.

His appointment follows CTA’s recent recruitment of Richard Booker as senior executive adjuster in New York.

Arthur Clarke, chief executive officer, CTA, said: “Wayne brings signification additional experience and technical knowledge to our New York office which will further strengthen our relationships with clients and markets. Having two senior adjusters of the calibre of Wayne Smith and Richard Booker join our New York office demonstrates our ambition to further build our business across North America.”

Bob Moore, managing director, CTA North America, said: “Our strategy is to recruit new senior adjusters with proven records of successfully handling large and complex claims. Wayne’s appointment marks another important step forward for our New York office and I look forward to working with him as we continue to take the business forward.”
