DARAG attracts Guy Carpenter talent as head of M&A Europe
Legacy acquirer DARAG has tapped a senior Guy Carpenter managing director to head up its mergers and acquisitions operations in Europe.
Till Mathis Wagner (pictured) joins DARAG as head of M&A, Europe, effective in the first quarter of 2023.
Wagner comes from Guy Carpenter where he was most recently managing director of strategic advisory Europe, based in Munich. In this role he has focused on legacy and retrospective transaction, capital solutions and structured reinsurance servicing clients across Europe. Prior to that, he worked as a senior consultant in actuarial services with EY on capital modelling and M&A transactions. Till is a member of the German Association of Actuaries.
