DAS UK and Pattinson & Brewer form ATE clinical negligence partnership

ATE insurance provider DAS UK Group and UK trade union law firm Pattinson & Brewer have announced a new partnership to provide a bespoke clinical negligence product for the practice’s clients.

DAS UK, which has over 20 years’ experience in the ATE market and has supplied ATE insurance products in over 30,000 clinical negligence cases, has worked in conjunction with Pattinson & Brewer to develop a bespoke offering.

Established in 1890, Pattinson & Brewer works with the UK’s largest trade unions as well as directly with hundreds of individuals who have been injured or treated unlawfully. The company, which has offices in London, York and Bristol, has an expert team of specialist lawyers and solicitors who support a wide range of medical and clinical negligence claims, as well as appearing on various expert panels run by the Law Society, the Spinal Injuries Association (SIA) and by Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA).
