Delta Lloyd executive board member resigns

Delta Lloyd executive board member Ingrid de Graaf is leaving the company in the spring of 2017.

De Graaf is leaving Delta Lloyd to pursue plans to a career elsewhere. She has served Delta Lloyd since 1999 and has been a member of the executive board since 2014. Previously she held a variety of director roles within Delta Lloyd, including as managing director of the commercial division and managing director at ABN AMRO Insurance.

Chairman of the supervisory board Rob Ruijter said: "The supervisory board is grateful to Ingrid de Graaf for her contribution to Delta Lloyd. She played an important role in the operational and commercial success of Delta Lloyd. We wish her all the best for the future."

De Graaf said: "After working more than 17 years in various positions within Delta Lloyd, I personally made the decision to leave. Delta Lloyd is a great company with great colleagues, but I am ready for a new challenge
