Law firm DWF has appointed insurance regulatory partner Jeremy Irving to its team in London.
Irving joins from Eversheds, where he served as partner. Prior to this, he served as a legal director at DLA Piper.
He specialises in managing legal risk and compliance within the re/insurance market, including advice on insurance operational and regulatory issues and dispute resolution on coverage and commercial issues.
Irving said: “I’m delighted to be joining DWF, particularly at a time when the firm is making a number of strategic moves to grow its City presence. With a clear vision and strong sector focus, the firm will be a great fit for my practice and I look forward to bringing my expertise to the team to help further develop our offering to clients.”
Steffan Groch, head of DWF’s national regulatory team, added: “Jeremy will be a strong addition to our fast-growing Regulatory team, bringing exceptional technical capability in his practice area that makes him well-suited to support DWF’s insurance sector clients in particular, both in the City and internationally.”
