EMC Insurance Companies, one of the 60 biggest property/casualty insurers in the US, has introduced a new operating structure, promoting a number of executives in the process.
The move follows Scott Jean succeeding the retiring Bruce Kelley as president in January; in March Jean will also succeed him as CEO.
As part of the changes, five executives have been made executive vice presidents.
Meyer Lehman, has been made EVP of finance & chief actuarial officer; Todd Strother, has been made EVP and chief legal officer; Mick Lovell, has been made EVP and chief operating officer; Beth Nigut has been made EVP and chief people officer; and Eric Faust, has been made EVP and chief synergy officer.
