Endurance appoints Chubb exec as CEO of Global Risk Solutions

Endurance Specialty Holdings has appointed a former Chubb executive as chief executive officer (CEO) of Global Risk Solutions.

Michael Chang will take up his role at Global Risk Solutions, a newly formed business within Endurance Insurance, from February 22, 2016.

He will be responsible for building a platform targeting global industry vertical solutions for large account risk management clients. He will report to Jack Kuhn, CEO, global insurance and will be based in Endurance's New York office.

Chang was formerly executive vice president, real estate and hospitality practice at Chubb.

“I am delighted to announce the formation of this new business and that Michael has decided to join our team to lead this strategic business initiative,” said Kuhn.

“Michael is a talented and innovative leader with a reputation for driving profitable growth and is known for his ability to build and motivate high performing teams.
