Everest snares new chief transformation and shared services leader from Chubb

Everest Re Group has appointed a new group chief transformation and shared services leader.

Anne Rocco joins as a senior vice president from Chubb. She serves on the executive leadership committee and reports to Juan Andrade, Everest’s president and chief executive officer.

Rocco was most recently executive vice president and head of international operations and technology for Chubb Overseas General. She began her career with Chubb 28 years ago and has held various leadership roles in the North American and international businesses.

She has experience in delivering complex, large scale strategic and transformational global initiatives, with Everest highlighting her passion and success in driving results, improving customer experience, and enhancing operational performance.

Everest said the appointment is part of its strategy of profitably growing a balanced and diversified re/insurance portfolio while maximising shareholder returns and delivering superior earnings.

Andrade predicted the appointment will be “instrumental in driving our strategy to transform our company and support our growth ambitions for the future.”

Rocco added: “I am energised to work across the group to accelerate the transformational initiatives underway, ensuring we are well positioned to effectively support our growth goals across the globe.”
