Fenchurch Law almost doubles size of insurance disputes team

Fenchurch Law, a UK law firm specialising in insurance coverage disputes, has expanded its insurance disputes team with three new appointments, bringing the total number of partners to seven.

Joanna Grant has joined as a partner in the firm’s financial and commercial practice, and was previously a senior associate at Allen & Overy.

Grant specialises on advising on political risk, crime and directors and officers policies, and has experience of Bermuda Form arbitration.

Pauline Rozario joins as a consultant, and specialises in professional indemnity insurance disputes, with a focus on disputes involving solicitors.

Rozario has over 20 years of experience in handling such claims, most recently at Zurich Financial Services.

Finally, Sara-Jane Reilly joins as a trainee solicitor from Zurich Insurance Company, where she specialised in construction claims and later moving on to handling professional indemnity claims.

David Pryce, managing partner at Fenchurch Law, commented: “We are delighted that Joanna, Pauline and Sara-Jane have agreed to join the firm. We are committed to investing in the growth of our business and this continued investment in the expansion of capabilities is part of our wider objective of improving outcomes for policyholders.”
