Former Aspen exec joins Amlin
Amlin has appointed Oliver Peterken as an independent non-executive director to take effect on September 1, 2014.
Peterken will also be joining the risk & solvency, nomination and audit committees.
He is a deputy chairman and chairman of the finance and audit committee of the Willow Foundation. He is a former non-executive director of Torus Insurance and the former Group chief risk officer of Aspen Insurance.
Peterken was previously regional director of Willis Re, where he had a global remit spanning the UK, Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America and Australia, and held a number of senior management positions during his ten years with Willis.
