Horizon bolsters board with underwriting director from Covea
Specialist underwriting agency Horizon has appointed Wendy Travers as underwriting director and added her to its board.
Travers joins Horizon from Covea, where she served as Midlands branch manager. She has previously worked at Sterling Insurance, which was acquired by Covea in 2014, Axa Art and Fusion Insurance, starting her career at Lloyd’s.
In her new role, Travers will support Horizon's underwriting team, reporting to founder and executive chairman Richard Pexton.
