Integro founder steps aside amid reshuffle
The chief executive and founder of broker Integro has left the business amid a reshuffle in which a new chairman has also been appointed.
Pete Garvey, who was one of the business’s founders in 2005, has left the business while John Clements, the managing partner of Tara Investment Partners, one of the original investors in the firm, has taken the reins as chairman.
Integro has also made several other changes. It has appointed Rocco Nittoli as vice chairman of the board and formed an executive committee to assume management responsibilities, including those of Garvey.
The committee comprises: Marc Kunney, president, North America operations; John Sutton, president, international operations; William Goldstein, president and chief operating officer; Toby Humphreys, chairman of Integro Insurance Brokers; and William Costantini, managing principal and general counsel.
“We are pleased to have elevated a team of proven Integro executives to lead the Company's continued organic and acquisitive growth,” said Clements.
“We are confident that this team possesses the experience, enthusiasm and vision to propel Integro to the next level, providing quality insurance broking and risk-management services to our expanding roster of top-notch commercial and private clients across a wide range of industries and businesses.”
