Integro hires UK chief financial officer

Integro Insurance Brokers said on Sept. 19 that it hired Keith Anderson as UK chief financial officer (CFO).

Anderson brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience in senior roles to Integro. Most recently he had been CFO of United Insurance Brokers (UIB), a privately-owned broker operating in 17 countries. Earlier in his finance leadership career, Anderson also served as CFO, Global Specialties at Willis Group, and CFO at Aon Risk Services, London, amongst others.

Reporting to corporate CFO Andrew Behrends in New York, Anderson succeeds Claire Clough. Clough will continue to lead the UK accounting, reporting and financial compliance functions as Chief Accounting Officer.

“Keith has demonstrated an ability to lead financial services in the successful execution of strategic and operational goals as a seasoned financial professional,” Behrends said.

“His depth and breadth of experience with private as well as public companies will serve Integro well in its next phase of growth. I am delighted to welcome him as a colleague. I also would like to thank Claire for her admirable leadership of the Integro UK Finance function since joining Integro in January 2016, and look forward to working with her in her new role.”
