Ironshore forms leadership committee
Specialty insurer Ironshore has formed an executive leadership committee charged with formulating strategic direction.
The committee will set strategy for the group. The company said its remit will address the short and longer-term issues surrounding business prioritisation, organisational development and improvement initiatives.
The following executives will serve on the committee: Kevin Kelley, CEO; Shaun Kelly, president and CEO of US Operations; Mitchell Blaser, chief operations officer, CEO of Ironshore Bermuda, IronServe and Iron-Starr; Joe Roberts, chief financial officer of Ironshore; Mark Wheeler, CEO of Ironshore International; and Paul Giordano, general counsel, secretary, and chairman of Diversified Credit Business.
“Ironshore’s success has been driven by a corporate culture of commonly-held executive values built upon a foundation of specialty product offerings in selected business lines, experienced industry underwriters, robust distribution strategy, and targeted global market presence,” said Kelley.
“The executive leadership committee, led by senior management in key positions, will focus on the growth of the business and ensure execution and accountability of organizational priorities.”
