Lloyd's broker Oneglobal builds D&F offering with ex-JLT leader

Specialist independent Lloyd's broker and delegated authority expert Oneglobal Broking ( formerly SSL Endeavour) has built out its direct and facultative (D&F) capability with former JLT facultative chief executive Vanessa Macdonald-Smith.

Macdonald-Smith joins the firm as executive director, responsible for D&F. She will join the group executive committee and will report to Oneglobal CEO Mike Reynolds.

Macdonald-Smith has over 30 years of international experience, latterly as CEO of JLT facultative. Her previous roles have included senior leadership positions at Willis Towers Watson and Benfield Corporate Risks (Aon Benfield).
