Lockton looks to Marsh to grow energy offering
Global re/insurance broker Lockton has strengthened its energy and power division with a senior hire from Marsh.
Philip Hewer joins as risk engineer within Lockton Global Energy to enhance the company's technical risk expertise.
Hewer’s experience in the oil and gas industry spans more than four decades and covers power generation, downstream refining, upstream production and LNG plants. He joins from Marsh where he served as a risk engineer and vice president in the energy division. Prior to that, he worked at BP Upstream for five years, most recently as an instrument and protective system discipline engineer. He has also been a senior engineer at CB&I London and held various roles at BP and Shell.
