Florida Citizens seeks $750m budget allowance for mid-year renewals

Florida's insurer of last resort Citizens will seek to bring a max budget of $750 million to the mid-year renewals as it ties down the $5 billion in coverage remaining to its PML target from a mix of traditional treaty and cat bond issuance.
