Lockton Re taps rating agency advisory leader from Aon

Lockton Re, the reinsurance arm of broker Lockton, has appointed Paul Hyer as rating agency advisory leader, based in Minneapolis.

Hyer was previously at Aon where he worked with various clients in an advisory capacity, including capital and financial modeling.

In his new role, Hyer will be responsible for advising clients and prospects on capital management strategies and financial strength rating implications, as well as driving business intelligence.

He will report to Claude Yoder, head of global analytics at Lockton Re.
