Malvern reintroduces insurance subsidiary in US

Malvern Bancorp, the holding company for Malvern Federal Savings Bank, has re-launched a insurance subsidiary Malvern Insurance Associates.

Headquartered in Paoli, Pennsylvania, the subsidiary will offer commercial insurance; life, health and long-term care insurance, and fixed annuities in company’s traditional Philadelphia main line geography as well as its newly-expanded territory in New Jersey, northern suburbs and the Lehigh Valley.

“Malvern Insurance Associates will offer a customer-focused and highly personalized service to our clients,” said Anthony Weagley, president and chief executive officer of Malvern Bancorp and Malvern Federal.

“With the reintroduction of our insurance subsidiary, Malvern now provides clients a rich array of financial services including commercial and personal insurance, commercial and personal lending, private banking, wealth management and investment advisory services and more.”
