Paul Malvasio, the chief financial officer (CFO) of broker Marsh, is set to step down in March 2015. Courtney Leimkuhler will assume the role.
Leimkuhler, who has served as CFO of Marsh’s US and Canada division since December 2013, will continue to be based in New York.
Prior to joining Marsh, Leimkuhler spent nine years at NYSE Euronext, where most recently she led corporate strategy and implementation and was responsible for all mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and divestitures. She also spent several years at Goldman Sachs in the equities and principal investing divisions

Her extensive experience with acquisitions and her unique background will add significant value in positioning Marsh for the future,” said Peter Zaffino, president and chief executive officer of Marsh.
