Miller boosts Asia construction offering

Miller has implemented plans to grow its Asia construction book with the appointment of Paul Beattie as head of construction, Asia.

Based in Singapore, Beattie will look to grow Miller’s book of construction clients in Asia, working closely with Nigel Cross, head of Singapore, and Miller’s construction specialists globally.

Beattie has over 20 years’ experience in production and broking. He specialises in developing and servicing construction and operational clients in Asia, where he has been based for over 20 years, most recently in Singapore but previously in Thailand.

Before joining Miller, Paul was a divisional director within Willis’ global construction practice heading up their construction offering in South-East Asia. He has also worked for Lockton, Marsh and Aon previously.

“This is an exciting new initiative, we look forward to being able to raise our profile and expand our portfolio of construction clients in the region,” said Cross.
