Miller makes new hire for credit and political risks team
Re/insurance broker Miller has hired Laurence Guguen for its credit and political risks team to grow its structured trade and commodity finance capabilities.
Based in Paris, Guguen will be tasked to further develop the broker's offering with traders, banks, exporters and investment funds.
Guguen has previously worked for ABN Amro in New York and Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking in Paris and New York. She has 17 years’ experience in advising and arranging capital solutions to corporate clients in Europe and the Americas.
“Laurence is an excellent addition to the team,” said Arnaud Froideval, head of the CPRI European team. “Her proven ability to design and implement strategies in complex and global environments will ensure Miller continues to deliver exceptional client service to our growing client base,” he added.
